These Terms and Conditions constitute the legally binding agreement between you and pk38 governing your use of the pk38 platform, including all gaming, betting, casino, and account services available at pk38.bid. Please read the full document before registering an account or placing any wager. By creating a pk38 account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.
In these Terms and Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise. Defined terms appear in the document formatted as highlighted text.
Use of the pk38 platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By accessing or using any pk38 Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the following conditions at all times:
pk38 employs CNIC-based Know Your Customer (KYC) verification to confirm the age and identity of all Players. Provision of false age or identity information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent Account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
The pk38 platform is operated under an international gaming licence. It is the sole responsibility of the Player to determine whether accessing and using pk38 Services is lawful in their jurisdiction. pk38 does not represent that its Services are appropriate or available for use in any specific jurisdiction. Players accessing pk38 from a Restricted Territory do so at their own risk and in violation of these Terms.
Each Player may hold only one Account on the pk38 platform. Multiple Accounts associated with the same individual — whether identified by the same CNIC, mobile number, device fingerprint, IP address cluster, or payment method — constitute a violation of these Terms. All duplicate Accounts will be closed without refund and any outstanding balances forfeited.
To access any real-money Service on pk38, you must first complete the Account registration process. During registration, you are required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and to create a secure password. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information provided at registration and for keeping your Account details current at all times.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk38 login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any third party. pk38 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
pk38 may request identity verification documentation at any time, including but not limited to: a copy of your CNIC (both sides), a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your address, and a selfie photograph. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe requested will result in suspension of withdrawal functionality. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within 30 days of the initial request may be closed.
You must maintain a valid, operational Pakistani mobile number registered to your pk38 Account at all times. This number is used for OTP verification, account recovery, and transaction notifications. If your registered mobile number changes, you must update it in your Account settings immediately. pk38 accepts no responsibility for Account access issues resulting from an outdated registered mobile number.
All financial transactions on pk38 are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk38 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank.
In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest error that results in an incorrect credit to your Wallet Balance or an incorrectly settled bet, pk38 reserves the right to correct such error without notice. Any funds credited to a Wallet Balance as a result of a manifest error do not belong to the Player and must be returned. pk38 shall not be liable for any loss suffered by a Player as a result of a technical error or system outage.
The following rules govern all sports betting activity on pk38, including pre-match betting, live in-play betting, and accumulator markets. By placing a bet on the pk38 platform, you acknowledge and accept these rules in full.
A bet is not confirmed until pk38 issues a bet confirmation reference and the stake amount has been deducted from your Wallet Balance. Odds displayed on the platform are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. Where odds change between the time you submit a bet and the time it is processed, pk38 will either confirm the bet at the new odds or reject the bet and return the stake to your Wallet Balance, depending on platform settings applicable at the time.
pk38 imposes maximum single-bet and accumulator payout limits that apply across all markets. These limits are displayed in the pk38 sportsbook settings and are subject to change. Any winnings exceeding the stated maximum payout limit for a market will be reduced to the published limit, regardless of the odds and stake placed.
The pk38 Casino section includes live dealer table games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Dragon Tiger, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Casino Hold'em) and RNG-based table games and slot titles. All casino games operate under the rules and paytables displayed within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between in-game rules and these Terms, the in-game rules shall govern casino game-specific outcomes.
All live dealer games use physical playing cards and physical roulette wheels observed via HD video stream. RNG-based games use certified random number generation algorithms independently audited by recognised testing laboratories. pk38 does not manipulate game outcomes on the basis of player stake size, account status, or any other player-specific variable.
In the event of an internet connection loss during a live dealer or RNG game session, pk38's server-side records will determine the game state at the time of disconnection. Games that reach a natural conclusion during a disconnection will be settled according to their outcome. pk38 is not responsible for disconnections caused by factors outside its infrastructure, including Player-side network issues.
pk38 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the individual offer as published at the time the offer is active, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of a conflict, the individual offer terms take precedence over these general bonus rules.
All Bonus Funds credited to a pk38 Account are subject to Wagering Requirements unless the offer explicitly states otherwise. Wagering Requirements must be satisfied in full before any portion of the Bonus Funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier is stated in the terms of each individual offer.
The pk38 welcome bonus offer is available to new Players on their first qualifying deposit. Each Player is entitled to claim the welcome bonus once only. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus on a second Account, using a new email or mobile number, constitute bonus abuse and will result in Account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the pk38 platform. pk38 reserves the right to take immediate action — including Account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of funds — upon detecting any of the prohibited activities listed below, without prior warning and without obligation to disclose the grounds for action.
pk38 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion where it determines that a Player has breached these Terms, where it is required to do so under applicable law or regulatory instruction, or where continued operation of the Account poses an unacceptable risk.
Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, the Player will be notified by message to their registered mobile number and/or Account inbox. Suspended Accounts are unable to place bets, access casino games, make deposits, or initiate withdrawals. pk38 targets a resolution period of 10 business days for standard suspension investigations, though complex cases may take longer.
Where a pk38 Account is closed for reasons that are not attributable to the Player's breach of these Terms, any remaining Wallet Balance consisting of verified deposited funds (excluding non-withdrawable Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within 10 business days. Where Account closure is due to Player breach of these Terms, pk38 may withhold some or all remaining funds depending on the nature of the breach and associated losses.
Players may request Account closure or self-exclusion at any time by contacting pk38 customer support via live chat. Self-exclusion periods of 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, and permanent exclusion are available under the pk38 Responsible Gaming programme. During a self-exclusion period, the Account cannot be accessed or reopened, and no new accounts may be registered by the same Player.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk38's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the pk38 platform, or any gaming or betting activity shall be limited to the total deposits made by that Player to their pk38 Account in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pk38 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, including but not limited to: lost profits or winnings arising from a system outage; losses resulting from a Player's reliance on odds that were subsequently corrected; losses resulting from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms; or any emotional distress or reputational damage arising from Account suspension or closure in accordance with these Terms.
All content, software, graphics, trademarks, logos, and other materials comprising the pk38 platform are the intellectual property of pk38 or its licensed content providers and are protected under applicable intellectual property law. No Player acquires any ownership interest in any pk38 intellectual property by virtue of using the platform.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pk38 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any pk38 content without express written authorisation from pk38.
pk38 collects, stores, and processes personal data in connection with Account registration, KYC verification, transaction processing, customer support, and regulatory compliance. The full details of pk38's data collection practices, storage policies, and Player rights are set out in the pk38 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference.
By registering an Account on pk38, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. pk38 does not sell Player data to unaffiliated third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and fraud prevention services where required by law or necessary for platform operation. Where amendments are material — that is, where they significantly affect Player rights, financial obligations, or gaming rules — pk38 will provide notice of the changes via the Player's registered mobile number or Account inbox not less than 7 days prior to the amendments taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by regulatory instruction or emergency circumstances.
Continued use of the pk38 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept amended Terms, you must cease using the pk38 platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 9.3 of these Terms. The version of the Terms in force at the time a dispute arises shall govern that dispute.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the pk38 platform (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk38 holds its international gaming licence.
Any Player wishing to raise a formal complaint regarding a pk38 Service, game outcome, transaction, or Account decision must first contact pk38 customer support via live chat. pk38 targets initial acknowledgement of all formal complaints within 24 hours and a substantive written response within 5 business days. Complaints not resolved to the Player's satisfaction within 15 business days may be escalated to the licensing authority's dispute resolution mechanism.
In the event of a dispute between a Player and pk38 regarding any bet or game outcome, the records held on pk38's server logs shall be considered the definitive record of the transaction. pk38 server records take precedence over Player-side screenshots, video recordings, or other evidence in the event of a discrepancy. Players may request a copy of server log data relevant to their dispute as part of the formal complaint process.
